POWER OF ATTORNEY

Power of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another’s behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter.

1. Complete both Application Forms (click here to download). Sign it in front of a notary public. If the notary public does not accept the document in Arabic, translate it into English and have that notarized. The filled out the application form should still be submitted.

 2. Either a valid Sudanese passport or a valid Kenyan/Foreign passport and a copy of a Sudanese ID (copy of Sudanese passport, copy of nationality cerificate, nationality card, copy of nationality ID).

3. A fee is $50.00 payable to the Embassy of Sudan.

4. The normal processing time for the Power of Attorney Application may take 7-10 business days. Please allow sufficient time to process applications.
